It is unusual to obtain yellow tea outside of China. Yellow tea is typically yellow in colour. The flavour is sweet, spicy yet crisp and clean. Often yellow teas have a slight chestnut flavour. Directions Warm the teapot and teacups Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water Water temperature 80c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug Steep 3 minutes.
