This versatile tea-set allows you to brew tea in two different ways, depending on how you like it and the type of leaf that is being drunk.

For green, herbal and fruit teas put the leaves directly into the pot and then add the hot water for optimal brewing. When it is time for pouring, the leaves are strained via the lid.
Alternatively, tea leaves can be placed in the filter and, once brewed, the plunger is fully depressed, thereby stopping the brewing process.
It is also possible to only make half a jug as the filter extends right down to the bottom. The jug features a patented filter system, a drip-free pouring lip and a flip-top lid which opens automatically when pouring.
The two different brewing systems also allow less tannin into the tea, should this be a concern to any connoisseurs.

The tea-pots come with a neopropene zip-up covers, which keep the tea hot and the jug always looking good!
