The lunar shapes making up Anna Ehrner's Moon collection have delicate veils of colour drifting through the glass. Each sphere is uniquely handcrafted.

The Moons are very solid, which gives them a real presence, with a very smooth surface.
Perhaps more than anything else however, they perfectly embody Anna Ehrner's desire to 'freeze a moment in time, to capture an expression and give it artistic form.'
The colour seems to spread like ink in water within these spheres, before being finally frozen within the crystal, each with its own unique pattern.

The Cool Moons take on a totally different dimension with a lit candle. The flame makes the top of the ball glow, and this combination of fire lighting up the darker ball becomes an artistic expression of the relationship between the sun and moon.
