Stelton Cylinda Line Sugar Bowl
The Stelton Cylinda Line product range was designed in the 1960's by the Danish architect Arne Jacobsen.
Jacobsen's design range was incredibly modern for the 1960s, his designs so much so that the technology of the day was not advanced enough to be able to produce a seamless cylinder shape, the crux of Jacobsen's design theory. It was thus a number of years before the products were commercially produced.
The Cylinda Line sugar bowl is sleek and minimal in it's design. It has a slightly indented lid for a spoon and a slightly overlapping lid so that it is easy to pick up.
