Turmeric infusions have become very popular around the world.
This varied mix makes for an interesting brew.
Warm the teapot and tea cups
Use fresh water - Better still use spring or filtered water
Boil water to 100c
Use 1 heaped tsp (3g) per teacup (200ml) - 2 tsp (4g) per mug
Steep tea for 7 minutes
If a stronger brew is required use more tisane
Best on it's own.
Consume no more than a 1ltr per day.
