This is a delightful subtle spicy and sweet mix, that will whisk you away to your favourite holiday retreatThe Unwind mix is based on the Ayurveda (old India approach to the science of life, 5000 years old) which is a holistic approach to wellness that focuses on the balance of mind, body and spirit. Relax and take the time to appreciate the moment and the little pleasures in life.
Directions:
Warm the teapot and tea cups
Use fresh water - Better still use spring or filtered water
Boil water to 100c
Use 1 heaped tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 dsp per mug
Steep tea for 7 minutes - Can steep for up to 10 minutes
If a stronger brew is required use more tisane
Best on it's own.
Caffeine free.
Consume no more than a 1ltr per day.
