Exotic fusion tisanes like this mix have been consumed by the indigenous population of the South American continent for millennia. The tisanes were thought to improve health.
Warm the teapot and teacups
Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water
Water temperature 100c
Use heaped 1 tsp (3g) per teacup (200ml) - 2 tsp (4g) per mug
Steep 8 minutes
If a stronger brew is required use more tisane
Traditionally drunk on it's own, may consume with milk and/or sugar
Composition: Cinnamon pieces, cacao bean pieces (19%) cacao husks (19%), orange peel, star anise, ginger pieces, pink peppercorns, cloves, black peppercorns, cardamom
