This is a fabulous fruity, spicy and sweet mix.
This mix is based on the Ayurveda (old India approach to the science of life, 5000 years old) which is a holistic approach to wellness that focuses on the balance of mind, body and spirit. Stop and enjoy this delightful brew.
Warm the teapot and tea cups
Use fresh water - Better still use spring or filtered water
Boil water to 100c
Use 1 heaped tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 dsp per mug
Steep tea for 7 minutes - Can steep for up to 10 minutes
If a stronger brew is required use more tisane
Best on it's own.
Consume no more than a 1ltr per day.
