Chocolate Black Tea
A delightful comforting smooth tea for after dinner with chocolates.
Chocolate & tea are a soulmate match. Both funded entired industries from the instant they were discovered by the West, yet neither are necessities. They are the small luxuries in life we would find hard to live without.
Warm the teapot and tea cups
Use fresh water - Better still use spring or filtered water
Boil water to 90c - Or boil the jug and let sit for a few minutes
Use 1 tsp (2g) per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp (3g) per mug
Steep tea for 3 minutes - Can steep for up to 5 mins
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
May add milk and/or sugar
