Description
Black dessert tea. A sophisticated smooth sweet tea, with a delicate fruity taste & aroma.
The French started consuming tea prior to 1636; it became seen as an indulgent drink of the elite, then disappeared about the time of the French revolution. It is often joked that tea drinking in France suffered the same fate as Marie Antoinette, both met the guillotine.
Directions:
Warm the teapot and tea cups
Use fresh water - Better still use spring or filtered water
Boil water to 90c - Or boil the jug and let sit for a few minutes
Use 1 tsp (2g) per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp (3g) per mug
Steep tea for 3 minutes - Can steep for up to 5 mins
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
May add milk and/or sugar
Composition: Black tea, strawberry pieces, yoghurt, vanilla pieces, natural flavour
