Geraldine Delight Black Tea
An elegant smooth tea with subtle apricot & floral flavours.
Historically New Zealand is famous for its baking culture, particularly in rural areas. Tea & home baking at 'smoko' was an important part of a labourers day to keep them energised. To this day tea & 'bikkies' are still revered in the workplace.
Warm the teapot and teacups
Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water
Water temperature 90c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
Steep tea for 3 minutes
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
May add milk and, or sugar.
Composition: Black tea, sunflower petals, rose petals, natural flavour.
