Warm the teapot and tea cups
Use fresh water - Better still use spring or filtered water
Boil water to 100c
Use 1 large tsp (3g) per teacup (200ml) - 2 tsp (4g) per mug
Steep tea for 4 minutes - Can steep for up to 5 mins
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
May add milk and/or sugar
Ingredients: Black tea, citrus peel, fennel, cinnamon, vanilla pieces, liquorice root, juniper berries, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns, ginger pieces
