An enjoyable sweet tea, reiniscent of stawberries & summer days at Wimbledon.
All tea comes from the camellia sinensis plant. Where & how it is grown, how it is processed & blended, all effect the tea, Finally, how the tea is brewed & severed is also crucial to obtain a wonderful end result.
Warm the teapot and tea cups
Use fresh water - Better still use spring or filtered water
Boil water to 90c - Or boil the jug and let sit for a few minutes
Use 1 tsp (2g) per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp (3g) per mug
Steep tea for 3 minutes - Can steep for up to 5 mins
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
May add milk and/or sugar
