With ginseng. Smooth, warm and spicy green tea fusion that is bright yellow in hue.The chinese say ginseng restores yang energy (the energy of strenght), improves stamina, strengthens the immune system,defends against colds,flus & other infections.
Directions
Warm the teapot and teacups
Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water
Water temperature 80c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
Steep for 3 mins
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
Traditionally drunk without milk.
