Blue Tea, Oolong
A lovely clean, sweet, floral taste that is gently aromatic. A beautiful tea for any time of the day.
Oolong is a half fermented tea, so it is more fermented than green but less fermented than black tea. It is the most complex of all teas to produce due to the precise skills the tea masters need to process it correctly.
