White & Green Tea. Pleasant, fruity fusion blend of white & green tea with floral notes infused from the petals.In this fusion there is Longjing tea which is a particularly long skinny flat leaf shape when dried. This could be emulating the tea that the Emperor's grandson accidently dried up his sleeve while going to visit his unwell mother.
Directions
Warm the teapot and teacups
Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water
Water temperature 80c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
Steep for 3 mins
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
Traditionally drunk without milk
Composition: Green tea, white tea, pineapple, strawberry, mallow leaves, papaya, cornflower, rose petals,natural flavour.
