Organic White Tea
Mild yet full elegant flavour that is dulcet and fruity. Large leaves and bright golden hue.
White tea is the least processed of all teas. Only the most tender carefully cultivated leaves that are silky with silvery white hairs are used. White tea is laid outside and naturally dried in the sun. White tea is also known as Pai mu tan, which means white peony.
Warm the teapot and teacups
Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water
Water temperature 80c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
Steep 2 - 4 mins
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
Traditionally drunk without milk
