Large green tea leaves mixed with white tea, infused with jasmine scent and flowers.
Freshly picked jasmine flowers are layered between the tea and left for 4 hours to infuse the scent. This process is done up tp 7x for high grade jasmine tea. The tea is then dried as it has absorbed moisture from the flowers.
Warm the teapot and teacups
Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water
Water temperature 80c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
You can steep the leaves up to 4x
First brew Steep 1 min
Second brew Steep 2min etc
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
Traditionally drunk without milk
