This is a Jasmine Green Tea from China. This is not the standard type of Jasmine Green Tea from the supermarkets. It requires to be brewed correctly to bring out the best flavours.
Directions
Warm the teapot and teacups
Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water
Water temperature 80c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
You can use the leaves up to 3 times in the same day
First brew Steep 1 min
Second brew Steep 2 min
Third brew Steep 3 min
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
Can add sugar. Try with Matcha sugar
Food match. Jasmine Green Tea is often consumed at dinner time
