A visually beautiful tea with flowers & orange peel, just like the Waikato cottage gardens.This Waikato Gardens tea is part of the New Zealand collection which highlights each region's individuality and it's association with tea.
Tea plants can grow in New Zealand but the Waikato terroir conditions are the most perfect. Have a go at planting camellia sinensis tea plants and watch them grow. It will take three years for your first harvest.
Directions
Warm the teapot and teacups
Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water
Water temperature 90c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
Steep tea for 3 minutes
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
May add milk and, or sugar.
