The takahe is a rare endemic flightless bird of New Zealand. The plumage is a beautiful dark blue with almost iridescent teal feathers and is the world's largest living rail. This lovely colour combination is proudly boasted by the Takahe Fairy.This fairy has flexible arms and legs with a gold cord for hanging. This fairy is part of a large evolving collection. You can build your selection over the years.
