New Zealand has some of the clearest skies in the world. There are several Dark Sky parks within New Zealand. Within these parks there are strict restrictions on commercial and residential lights with the aim to reduced light pollution to the minimum. Therefore, keeping the nights dark create a great environment to view our solar system.    

This Dark Sky fairy was added to the collection in 2023. This fairy has flexible arms and legs with a gold cord for hanging. This fairy is part of a large evolving collection. You can build your selection over the years. 

Designed by a local Parnell lady with a passion for fairies and a great eye for color and materials.
