Black tea with vanilla pieces and spices.
A lovely tea created especially for a New Zealand Christmas. There is plenty of cinnamon pieces which is truley the spice of the season. The Madagascan vanilla creates a lovely smooth brew.
Directions:
Warm the teapot and tea cups
Use fresh water - Better still use spring or filtered water
Boil water to 100c
Use 1 large tsp (3g) per teacup (200ml) - 2 tsp (4g) per mug
Steep tea for 4 minutes - Can steep for up to 5 mins
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
May add milk and/or sugar
Ingredients: Black tea, citrus peel, fennel, cinnamon, vanilla pieces (2%), liquorice root, cardamom, juniper berries, cloves, peppercorns, ginger
Consume less than 1 ltr per day. Herbs can react differently with each person, consult your doctor before use.
