Liza Hill is a certified organic Darjeeling from the very famous top tea plantation Risheehat. Risheehat translated means 'Home of the Holy Saints'. The plantation was established in the mid 19th century by British tea planters. Because of its location in the region, the plantation produces the most premium Darjeeling's on the market.Liza Hill is a truly aesthetically beautiful tea, that is light, smooth and aromatic with a flowery taste and a hint of fruit. Warm the teapot and tea cups
Use fresh water - Better still use spring or filtered water
Boil water to 90c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
Steep tea for 3 minutes - Can steep for up to 5 mins
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
Best without milk or sweeteners.
Food Match: Best on it's own.
