Description

 
This tea's name originated around the 18th century from the camel caravans that use to travel from China to Europe via Russia. The journey was about 6,000 miles and took approximately 6 months. The tea on the camel's backs obtained a smoke flavour from the camp fires throughout the journey. The tea has an intense smooth smoke flavour.

Directions:
Warm the teapot and tea cups
Use fresh water - Better still use spring or filtered water
Boil water to 90c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
Steep tea for 3 minutes - Can steep for up to 5 mins
If a stronger brew is required use more tea

May add milk and/or sugar.
