Certified organic. This is a very fresh brew with a delicate aftertaste. An authentic green tea.This a certified organic gunpowder green tea from China. This is not the standard type of gunpowder green tea from the supermarkets. It requires to be brewed correctly to bring out the best flavours.
Gunpowder green tea is used to make the refreshing Moroccan tea.
Directions
Warm the teapot and teacups
Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water
Water temperature 80c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
Steep tea for 1 minute, throw the brew out - yes that is correct, throw out the brew
Re-steep the leaves for 3 minutes
Can reuse the leaves up to 4 times in the same day
If a stronger brew is required use more tea
Can add sugar. Try Matcha sugar.
To make Moroccan tea. Add a good amount of Mint to the pot when you steep the Gunpowder for 3mins.
Add a little sugar to enhance the flavour.
