Black Dragon Formosa Oolong
Soft and light flavour. Beautiful vibrant colour. Aroma is a pleasant dried flora aroma. Oolong is considered the 'oil painting' of the tea genres due to it's complexity to produce. Oolong is also consumed for it's health benefits.
Oolong is made from the same plant as green tea and black tea. It is fermented longer than green tea but not as long as black tea. The whole leaves are dried and rolled and when steeped they unfold while releasing their flavour. Flavours of Oolong range from spicy, smokey to soft and flowery. The colour ranges from bright yellow to vibrant orange.
