Decaffeinated Green Tea
Japanese sencha style. A glorious golden brew with a clean, delicate & mild flavour and a grassy aroma. A perfect drink after dinner to relax and help digestion.
The European method of decaffinating with CO2 is used for this tea. This method is gentle on the delicate leaves as it does not use any chemicals or high pressure.
Warm the teapot and teacups
Use fresh water- better still use spring or filtered water
Water temperature 80c - Or boil the jug & let cool for about 5 mins
Use 1 tsp per teacup (200ml) - 1 heaped tsp per mug
You can Steep these leaves up to 5x
First brew Steep 1min
Second brew Steep 2min
Third brew Steep 3min etc
If a stronger brew is required us more tea.
Traditionally drunk without milk
