Hanging NZ Fairies


Designed locally in Parnell, Auckland by a passionate and talented lady. These fairies are 13cm tall with a gold hanging thread. The legs and arms are flexible, so you can bend them to create a more dynamic fairy if you wish.

The Fairies are handmade in Thailand and are the main source of income for the small village they are produced in. Each fairy takes half a day to complete. The designer travels to the Thai village, often with her personally sourced selection of feathers, sequins and other findings, to be put onto her exclusive designs.

The fairy designs available from year to year are dynamic in nature. New fairies are regularly introduced, or old designs are discontinued. Others are redesigned and changed from year to year.  

The 2025 introductions of NZ Fairies will be added once images are available. We expect the images will be available in late June / early July. There are over 5x new designs for 2025. Plus a few re-introductions & re-designs of old favorites.

Prices have been held for a number of years. Unfortunately, in 2025 there has been a price increase due to exchange rates, increased material and manufacturing costs. We will be increasing our prices at the end of August. Until then you can order at last year's price, including the new designs and stock in transit.
